CINEA & SESAR Projects

Naviair participates in a number of projects funded by the EU through the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency CINEA and the Digital European Sky (SESAR 3) programme.

PROJECTS CEF CALL 2017

In July 2026 Naviair received Payment of the Balance (final payment) in relation to action “SESAR Deployment Programme implementation – 2017: 2017-EU-TM-0076-M” under Specific Grant Agreement, SGA No. INEA/CEF/TRAN/M2017 /1602559 under Framework Partnership Agreement No MOVE/E2-2014-717/SESAR FPA.
The Payment of the Balance covers the reporting period from 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2024.
  • ADQ Components in the SWIM Infrastructure – upstream data inclusion in the full data chain solution – ANSP and Airport
  • Implementing harmonised SWIM (Y) solution in COOPANS ANSPs and general compliance


CEF-T-2021 SESAR Deployment Manager (SDM)

  • Naviair has received funding from the European Union in relation to the Specific Grant Agreement (SGA 1) MOVE/E3/SUB/2022-122/S12.875834 for the period January 28th 2022 to December 31st 2024 under the Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA): MOVE/E3 – 2022-122 SESAR Deployment Manager.   • Naviair also participates in the Specific Grant Agreement MOVE/E3/SUB/2025-392/4500113000 (SGA 2) under the Framework Partnership Agreement 2022-122- SESAR Deployment Manager FPA covering the years 2025 – 2027.


SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking (S3JU) - Digital European Sky
