| 12 February 2008 Mr. Brian Sederblad Dahl has terminated his position as of February 2008. Brian Sederblad Dahl has assured Naviair his availability as consultant during the rest of the year, assist-ing the Management in conjunction with the COOPANS-cooperation, strategic planning as well as the process in redesigning the company business structure of Naviair.
As Technical Director, Brian Sederblad Dahl has been Head of the major project for the past two years, by implementing a completely new Air Traffic Control system (ATM) in Denmark. The system, at a price of 1.2 bn DKK, was successfully launched around New Year 2007/2008. The new ATM System is continuously in the initial phase; however this responsibility now lies with Operations. The assignment of the technical group, with managing all the processes contained in the project, has now been accomplished.
The Technical Department of Naviair is now undergoing a planned organization analysis until a new Head of the Technical Department has been recruited. Provisionally, Director General Morten Dambæk will act as Technical Director.
Brian Sederblad Dahl has established own Consultancy Firm, Sederblad Consulting GmbH, in Switzerland.
