Terms of payment for Approach and Aerodrome Control Charge (AACC) at Copenhagen Airports Ltd. and Billund Airport Ltd.

1.1 The user of the aircraft shall be liable to pay the charge.

1.2 Calculation and collection of the charge and any accrued interest will be made by the order of EUROCONTROL on behalf of Naviair - Denmark.

1.3 The last date for punctual payment of an invoiced amount is 30 days after date of invoice. If payment if not made in due time, interest will be added, the rate of which is fixed in accordance with the Act on Interest. The interest will be calculated per month commenced after last due date of payment. At present the interest is fixed at 8,30 % (July 2011)
