Naviair re-organized into a company owned by the Danish State effective as of 27 October 2010. With this company status, Naviair will have full independence in terms of being less restricted in acting independently in the future.  By this Naviair is strengthened when facing actual and future challenges – not least related to the international alliances and cooperation’s, which Naviair is part of – and which is an important element in Naviair’s future strategy.

Nine northern European Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) have in June 2012 signed a formal commercial alliance to improve efficiency, and reduce costs and environmental impact.

Naviair contributes to the creation of value and welfare for society by developing and providing safe and efficient Air Traffic Management (ATM), fulfilling our role as a vital part of the aviation value chain.
